Questions about official Washington County criminal records belong with the office that created or keeps the file. The Sheriff handles local law-enforcement, jail, booking, warrant, and registration matters. County Court and District Court hold different court cases. The contact routes below identify those official Blair offices. Washington County Criminal History is privately operated and cannot retrieve, change, certify, or accept filings for a government record.

This Is Not a Government Office. This private resource cannot pull criminal records, run an official check, change a file, certify a copy, or accept a Nebraska set-aside petition. Contact the proper public office directly.

Ask the Sheriff for records or corrections when calling the main line. For a court file, state whether the matter is in County Court or District Court and give the case number when known. County Court and District Court are both tied to the courthouse, but they maintain different case levels. The county does not publish a separate sheriff records-unit line, counter hours, copy schedule, or online request portal, so confirm the process and cost before sending a request.
