The resource identifies criminal-record channels in Washington County, Nebraska. It is neither a private investigation firm nor a consumer reporting agency.
1. What This Website Is
This is a private reference site, independent of every public office. It does not store official records, retrieve files, perform official checks, or submit documents for a user.
Its role is to identify Washington County record custodians, including the Sheriff, County and District Courts, Nebraska State Patrol, and Nebraska Sex Offender Registry, and to provide access to outside research tools.

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination
No information obtained here or through a linked tool may be used to stalk, threaten, harass, intimidate, or unlawfully discriminate. Nebraska treats misuse of Nebraska Sex Offender Registry information seriously. The official warning prohibits retaliation against registrants, families, and associated people, as well as vandalism and threats. Registry data serves public safety awareness, not vigilantism or blacklisting.
4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency
Washington County Criminal History is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and does not create a consumer report, credit report, or official background check. Neither this site nor an advertising partner offers a tool intended to:
- Make an employment decision
- Evaluate a tenant or housing applicant
- Set insurance eligibility or rates
- Determine creditworthiness
- Support any other FCRA-regulated decision
A legally authorized check for such a purpose must come from the Nebraska State Patrol process or an appropriate FCRA-compliant provider, as applicable.

13. Cutting Off Access
Access may be restricted or terminated at any time and without advance notice.
14. Severability
If one provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in force. The affected provision is narrowed only as much as needed for enforcement.
