Washington County Criminal Court Cases

“Dismissed” means a charge ended without conviction. It does not erase the historical court entry. A Nebraska set-aside nullifies a qualifying conviction under state law but does not delete the past file. Read each count on its own, since one count may be dismissed while another ends in conviction.
